This project is a collaborative initiative between Telus and Lethbridge Polytechnic. Telus aims to modernize the building and integrate advanced technology into its daily operations. Meanwhile, Lethbridge Polytechnic envisions using part of the space as a remote campus for one of its programs.

Since the specific program has not yet been determined, we proposed a Hairstyling program as a conceptual direction. The design features a hair salon on the main floor, with dedicated classrooms located on the second floor. Telus offices were reimagined with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, incorporating sustainable elements such as green walls and extensive use of glass to create an open, light-filled environment.
