Sword & Dice is a board game retail store designed to foster a sense of community, featuring a dedicated play area for game nights hosted by the shop. Above the retail space, two thoughtfully designed condos provide comfortable living spaces, seamlessly integrating commercial and residential functions within the building.

The design embraces the Craftsman architectural style, characterized by built-in furniture, intricate woodwork, and the use of locally sourced materials. This approach ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere, reinforcing the store’s role as both a retail destination and a social hub for board game enthusiasts.
